CUP CHARACTERISTICS. A coffee with a sweet and fruity fragrance, llively and bright acidity, a velvety body with orange and peach flavors and a lingering finish.
LOCATION. Includes the departments of La Paz, Comyagua, Santa Barbara and Intibuca.
RAINFALL. 1300 - 2300 mm
ALTITUDE. 1200 - 1700 masl (3937 - 5577 Feet above sea level).
TEMPERATURE. 14-22 C / 57-71F
SHADE TYPE. Inga, Fruit and Forest (pine).
VARITIES. Bouron, Catuai, Lempira and Pacas.
